IATA's Building an Effective Business Case in Aviation course concentrates on the fundamental concepts and most valuable strategies for creating a successful business case. It emphasizes the significance of adopting a business case-oriented approach to decision-making, elucidates the value of business cases, and sheds light on how you can transform sound business concepts into influential commercial and/or operational projects. Prerequisites
- Recommended level is Entry-level and Intermediate.
- The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 or the equivalent for courses held in languages other than English.

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on an assessment. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
